Work Procedures
The first step is to email a work request that indicates which service you require and describes your project. However, this timetable is flexible and rush jobs can be frequently accommodated. Be assured that the completed work will be returned to you by or before the deadline we state.
The project may be transferred by providing electronic files through email or providing hard copy through a mail service. We prefer to receive the project by email if electronic files already exist.
All work is done in Microsoft Word, unless you specify WordPerfect or another program.
Unless you request a hard copy be provided with editor's marks, editing changes will be shown in the electronic files using the program's track changes feature. There are several ways for you to review and accept changes. Detailed instructions will be provided for those unfamiliar with this feature.
Files are returned by email unless you request a hard copy and/or disk be returned by mail. Accompanying the completed project will be an accounting of time spent on the project and an invoice.
