Terms and Conditions

All work is confidential. The content of material submitted by a client will not be disclosed to any third party. We do not sell or give away contact lists. Only by your consent may reference to you as a client or excerpts of completed work be provided to others for marketing purposes.

Before work is begun on a project, you will be provided with a contract stating the type of service to be rendered, an estimated price and turnaround time, style specifications, delivery and payment methods, and any special considerations or contingencies.

Payment is accepted by mail through approved check or money order. We reserve the right to request first-time customers (excluding companies or persons known to us) to prepay 30% of the estimate before work begins. The balance is due upon completion of the work. Established customers will be billed upon completion of the project. Clients with frequent or long-standing jobs will be invoiced at the end of each month.
